Ana is a Sports Functional Nutritionist. She holds a bachelor's and master's degree in Nutrition Science and an ISSN specialization in Sports Nutrition, the Sports Nutrition Specialist (SNS) certification. Ana is helping recreational and elite athletes to optimize their nutrition and increase performance. She has been working with some of the most re-known Sports Medical facilities in China such as The Clinic, Shanghai. In her practice, she integrates Functional Nutrition principles. She is not only focusing on reaching macronutrient needs but also on insuring gut health and hormonal balance leading to decreased stress, increased vitality, and therefore increased performance.
