Originally from Ireland and currently based in Shanghai China. Although my background was originally in food & beverage, I have always been passionate about health and fitness. 

In 2021 October I decided to take the next step by quitting my full time job to focus on health and nutrition. After researching nutrition programs I came accross ISSN and am excited to enroll in the level 1 course this year.
