A “Sports Nutrition Learning Week”

My Sports Dietitian (Eat 2 Win) runs this symposium series regularly—this year marks version 13.0. Think of it as a focused sports nutrition learning week: multiple sessions packed into one week to help you stay up to date on:

  • emerging research and trends
  • practical tools you can apply immediately
  • real-world perspectives across different roles (performance, coaching, clinical, academic)

With a mix of expert presentations and practice-driven content, the symposium addresses the nutrition and performance challenges athletes face across training, competition, and school or work life. That’s also why this partnership makes sense for GPNi. Our core belief is simple: raise the professional standard of sports nutrition by making evidence-based practice more usable, repeatable, and scalable. By supporting events like this, we hope more practitioners can access high-quality education—and bring solid science back to the gym, the clinic, and the field.
